Refund policy

We want you to love your Punk Cards order! If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at sales@punkcards.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll sort it quickly — usually by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Because our cards and mugs are printed to order, we’re unable to accept returns for:

• Personalised or custom items
• Items ordered in error

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
