Welcome to Punk Cards!
By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. About Us

Punk Cards is a UK-based retailer of greeting cards, mugs and gifts.
Our website is operated through Shopify and all payments are handled securely via trusted providers.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This confirms that we’ve received your order — acceptance happens when your order is printed and dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

• The product is out of stock
• There is a pricing or description error
• We believe the order is fraudulent

3. Products

All items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but small variations in colour or design may occur.
Personalised or custom-printed items can’t be cancelled or returned once production has started.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices include VAT (where applicable).
Payment must be made in full before dispatch.

5. Delivery

We aim to ship orders promptly. Delivery times vary by service and destination.
Once posted, delivery is handled by Royal Mail or the courier selected at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

 for full details.

7. Liability

We’re not responsible for delays caused by postal services or circumstances beyond our control.
Our liability for any product is limited to the purchase price paid.
